A 72% single-origin Ecuadorian dark chocolate shell, hand-painted in a copper swirl, filled with a soft caramel made from Normandy butter and Halifax sea salt. Each one takes four days from start to finish โ the caramel alone gets cooked three times before it's ready for the shell.
This is the bonbon Aline has been refining since 2018. The caramel pulls on the fork. The salt comes through on the finish. The shell snaps clean.

You can taste the four days in this one. The shell snaps with a clean, sharp cocoa hit โ Ecuadorian single-origin, the 72% gives it depth without bitterness. The caramel hits second: soft, slow, not too sweet, the kind that pulls on the fork. The salt comes through on the finish, just enough to make you want another bite.

Dark chocolate shell (72%): Ecuadorian cacao, cacao butter, cane sugar, vanilla.
Caramel filling: Cream, butter (Normandy), cane sugar, glucose, sea salt (Halifax).
Painted finish: Cacao butter, natural colour (turmeric, beetroot, spirulina).
Contains dairy. Made in a facility that also processes tree nuts and soy. Vegetarian. Not vegan. Not gluten-free certified.

Orders ship within 2-3 business days from our North York studio. We use expedited shipping because chocolate doesn't love sitting in a warehouse.

We add an insulated liner and cold pack when the forecast is over 24ยฐC. It's included in the shipping cost โ no surcharge. If your bonbons arrive warm, email us a photo and we replace them.
