What's the minimum order?

10 units for pre-built gifts, 25 units for custom branding. If you're under 10, our retail shop is probably what you want.

How long does production take?

2-3 weeks from approval, plus shipping. For Q4 holiday orders, book by October to guarantee delivery.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes — we ship to all provinces. International on request (duties and customs are the buyer's responsibility).

Can you do rush orders?

Sometimes, depending on volume and the time of year. Email aline@alinenasseh.com and we'll tell you honestly whether it's doable.

What if I need to ship to multiple addresses?

We do this often. Add the addresses in the "Anything else" field above and we'll quote it line by line.

Do you offer NET 30 invoicing?

Yes, for established businesses on orders over $1,000. Mention it in the form above and we'll set it up.
